What is counted, and where the numbers come from.
The FAIMA Pregnancy Risk Check uses the Poedji Rochjati Score Card (KSPR) — a pregnancy risk screening system developed by Prof. Dr. Poedji Rochjati and widely used in maternal health services across Indonesia. Every pregnant woman starts with a score of 2; each risk factor present adds 4 or 8. Factors weighted 8 are the ones that determine where and how delivery should take place.
Three result levels
- Low-Risk Pregnancy (KRR) — score 2–6.Attend antenatal check-ups regularly as scheduled. Seek care sooner if any complaint arises.
- High-Risk Pregnancy (KRT) — score 8–10.See a specialist to plan monitoring and the place of delivery.
- Very High-Risk Pregnancy (KRST) — score 12 and above.Consult an obstetrician-gynaecologist promptly. Delivery should be planned in a hospital.

- Who should complete the Pregnancy Risk Check?
- Every pregnant woman, at any stage of pregnancy. The earlier it is done, the earlier risks are recognised and care can be planned.
- How long does it take and what do I need?
- About three minutes: at most 22 Yes/No questions — only those that fit your situation are asked. You only need an active WhatsApp number for verification.
- What should I do if the result is High or Very High Risk?
- Consult an obstetrician-gynaecologist promptly. For very high risk, delivery should be planned in a hospital with a specialist. Contact FAIMA to book; quote the reference number you received.
- When should I go to a health facility immediately, without waiting for a result?
- If you have vaginal bleeding, severe abdominal pain, a severe headache with blurred vision, a seizure, your waters break, or reduced fetal movement. These are danger signs — do not wait for an appointment.
