Frequently asked questions
- Is the result a diagnosis?
- No. Both are initial self-completed screenings. The final assessment and care plan are decided by a FAIMA doctor after examining you at the consultation.
- What is the difference between the Pregnancy Risk Check and the Preconception Checklist?
- The Pregnancy Risk Check is for women who are pregnant — the result (risk level) is shown immediately. The Preconception Checklist is for women planning a pregnancy — no result is shown on screen; a doctor discusses it at your consultation.
- Is there a fee?
- No. Completing the questionnaires is free. A follow-up consultation at FAIMA is charged at the clinic’s standard rates.
- How is my data protected?
- Answers are stored on FAIMA’s server and read only by authorised FAIMA medical staff. Every access is logged. Your WhatsApp number is verified by a message you send yourself, not by a code sent to a number that may be wrong.
